Q. How far along does my business need to be in order to engage in creating a business plan?
A.
suffering man s charity aka ghost writer free snow buddies movie download As long as you have a reasonably clear idea of what product or service you are going to offer, that is enough to get started. The additional elements of the business - the market strategy, the revenue model, the competitive positioning, and so forth - can be developed during our consulting engagement.

Q. Why shouldn’t I just use a business plan software package?
A. You can, but there are obvious limitations. These generic programs can’t offer business insight. They may provide some useful analysis exercises for refining your business model, but they don’t tell a story, which is what you need to get your foot in the door.

Q. Do you work with clients outside the Pacific Northwest?
A. Yes, I have successfully written plans for clients in locations across the United States and in overseas locations using telephone and Internet communications. It is also possible to negotiate my travel to a client location.

Q. Can I see samples of your work?
A. Yes. Contact me via phone to discuss your project and I will send you appropriate samples of work if possible.

Q. Will a well-written business plan ensure that I get funded? trudeau coral calcium kevin isordil
A. No, it’s not a guarantee. Investors also look for passionate founders, experienced managers with proven success, ideas with huge market potential … and they follow their gut instinct about where to put their money. A good plan gets your foot in the door, and then will actually serve as a foundation for what you hope will be an ongoing conversation with an interested investor. And, hopefully that will lead to a successful funding event.

Q. Will you find investment capital for me?
A. No, not directly. I am not a securities broker and I don’t arrange deals between entrepreneurs and investors. But, I work with my clients to prepare them with the necessary documents and I often coach them through the fundraising process by pointing them to investor resources and making introductions where appropriate.
