Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Program
The SBDC program is a cooperative effort of the private sector, the educational community and federal, state and local governments. It is SBA's largest resource partner and an initiative that enhances economic development by providing small businesses with management and technical assistance. The following state programs offer free or low-cost counseling and/or training for small businesses:

Washington SBDC -- 27 centers throughout the state

Oregon SBDC -- 20 BizCenters statewide

Idaho SBDC -- 6 centers across the state
